Lecturer, consultant, coach, teacher, columnist and writer. He holds a doctorate in Human Dynamics and Mental Health from the Mariano Gálvez University; Master’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of San Pablo of Guatemala and a BA. Business Administration and Economics at Universidad Francisco Marroquín. He also has several international certifications such as: Training for trainers (USA), Mentor Manager Certificate in: Communications, Leadership, Teamwork, Project Management, Productivity and Time Management (Harvard School , USA), Postgraduate in Research (P & G, Colombia) among others.
For 18 years he held management positions in the world’s largest multinational companies in consumer, telecommunications and industry products with experience in 12 countries.
He is founder and director of Virtus Institute, a company dedicated to offer life coaching and business coaching services to national and multinational companies.
He has published books such as “Analysis of the informal economy in Guatemala ” and Co-author of the book “Guidelines for economic and social policy for Guatemala 2011-2021”. As a marriage coach he wrote the book “Till Death Do Us Part ” , 2014. In July 2015 he was recognized by the academic community Academy.edu , which has more than 23 million academics in the world, such as “TOP 3% Influencer” .
