Virgil H. Storr is an Associate Professor of Economics at George Mason University. He is also the Senior Director of Academic & Student Programs at the Mercatus Center. He holds a PhD in Economics from George Mason University and he did his undergraduate work at Beloit College. His research on Austrian economics, culture and economic development, and economic sociology has appeared in journals such as Public Choice, Rationality & Society, Journal of Urban Affairs, Cambridge Journal of Economics, American Journal of Economics and Sociology and Review of Austrian Economics.
