Professor of Commercial Law in Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and before in Universidad de La Rioja (2007-2011). She has a BA in Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (1991) and a PhD in Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (1996).
She is the author of seven monographs related to international trading, uniform law in international trade, right to commercial contract, corporate law, insurance and arbitration, among other fifty publications in journals and periodicals, several in English.

She is a member of several editorial, academic and scientific boards in Spanish and international magazines. She is subdirector of Spain Arbitration Review and Coeditor of the international legal competition: Moot Madrid.
