Giovanni Patriarca has studied Political Science at the University of Camerino (Italy) and Philosophy at the Pontifical Lateran University (Vatican City). He has obtained the Diploma of Islamic Studies at the Pontifical Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies-P.I.S.A.I. and the PhD in Philosophy (History of Economic Thought) at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum in Rome. He has been a DAAD scholar at the Humboldt Universität in Berlin (Germany). He won the Novak prize in 2012. He has worked on Italian-German cultural projects (2008-2014) in Hamburg and Nuremberg. Now he collaborates with the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum in Rome.
