Doctor in Education from Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador in Venezuela, Bachelor of Economics from Universidad de Carabobo, Master in History from UPEL. He was Director of Extension and Interinstitutional Relations of the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences of Universidad de Carabobo (2015-2018). Academic Coordinator and Founder of the Economics Program for children and youth at the Centro de Divulgación del Conocimiento Económico CEDICE (from 2005 to date). Professor and Speaker, Producer and Presenter of several radio programs. Most recently he won the Best Book award at the Charles L. Stillman 2019 Contest, promoted by Universidad Francisco Marroquín University in Guatemala City.
