Colombian, international lecturer. BA in Business Administration from Universidad Externado in  Colombia.  Postgraduate Diploma in Conciliation and Conflict Resolution, Masters Degree in Nonverbal Behavior and Lie Detection, negotiation studies at Harvard University and a PhD in Political Science and Sociology from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, Spain.

As part of his professional activity he has been a professor at universities in Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Spain with Behavior and Law Foundation and guest professor at Universidad Complutense in Madrid. He worked for 17 years in international organizations such as the United Nations, Inter-American Development Bank, ILO, FIDA, among others.

He is currently a professor and advisor to several companies, such as: Coca Cola, Merck, Kimberly Clark, Westin, Unipharm, Chiquita Brands, Gerfor, Roemmers, GlaxoSmithKline, Purina, Sieca, PNUD, Spectrum Brands, Cementos Progreso, Cervecería Centroamericana, Kerns, Bayer, Financial Sector, Superintendency of Banks and Central Banks, among others.

He is an international business coach, columnist for magazines and newspapers.
