Graduated as a Lawyer from Universidad de Buenos Aires (1976) and from the PYME program at Instituto de Altos Estudios Empresarios (Universidad Austral), Buenos Aires (1977); PhD in Corporate Law (Summa Cum Laude Honor), Law School, Universidad de Navarra (1992); Associate Professor of Political Economics , School of Law, Universidad Austral and Universidad Abierta Interamericana, Buenos Aires.
Currently, he is General Trustee from Instituto Nacional de Servicios Sociales para Jubilados y Pensionados (PAMI), appointment by Presidential Decree 86/2015.
