Martín Krause


Martín Krause graduated from Universidad de la Plata in Argentina with a PhD in Business Administration in 1978.  Ever since he has dedicated to academic work and consulting in the field of economy.  

In 1998 he was elected Associate Professor in Economy at the School of Law and Social Sciences in Universidad de Buenos Aires.  He is also a professor in the School of Economics and a visiting professor in Universidad Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala and OMMA in Madrid, Spain. He was a professor and the dean of ESEADE Graduate School.  

He is a member of the Mont Pelerin Society, Adjunct Scholar of the CATO Institute and the Consejo Académico de la Fundación Libertad y Progreso in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He has received various awards and scholarships including the 2007 Annual Award from the Academy of Sciences in Buenos Aires “Law & Economics, the Eisenhower Exchange Fellowships in 1993 and the Freedom Project from the John Templeton Foundation in 1999 and 2000. He has participated as a conference speaker in dozens of seminars and meetings and has been an observer in different electoral process around the world.
